Can I change my BIZ account type into FREEMIUM or PRO type?

Unfortunately, the BIZ account cannot be changed to FREEMIUM or PRO account. Different e-mail accounts should be used for different type of the services.

If you use an email address for BIZ service and you want to use the email address for another service, you should change the email address for BIZ to the another one before you can sign up to the other service.
